    The owners need writing to about their premises, in some cases, I could see the windows fall out in strong winds, they're so rotten.

    Barry, why doesn't Jeremy get involved; you told me last year his credentials are perfect for a business support manager and David was recently espousing the quality of support for Dover businesses, surely now is the time to show that support in a practical way - isn't it ?
