Brian, I wasn't disputing that the Earth may be millions of years old, as God's days are eternal, and one day can amount to any number of years.
However, your statement that man roamed the Earth 20 million years ago is not part of any scientific fact, any scientist will tel you this!
The oldest known civilizations historically date back to the fifth millenium BC. Historical evidence does not show any human existence older than 6,000 years.
Sometimes someone finds the relics of an extinct ape who lived hundreds of thousands of years ago and claims he was our common grandfather, other times someone picks up a fossile containing a dead mosquito and claims it was one of our ancestors, and some people claim that an original cell slowly evolved into apes, who then started walking and talking.
Actually, though, cells form a part of biologically living beings, and or not species unto themselves.
