  much as i appreciate you thinking of me as the male face of dover andrew, the criteria states that it is only shepway residents that are eligible.

  So, er, not the face of Dover then as no Dover resident lives in Shepway District unless the DDC have suddenly changed the borders to avoid questions over the DTIZ
