  Dover Athletic away at Erith today for there first game in this years FA Cup. 3 wins would see us in the 1st round proper and the chance of a big league team at Crabble. Time for breakfast then off i go

  trouble is the whites have a habit of stumbling to lower opposition in the qualifying rounds, the last time they reached the first round proper was about 8 years ago when they entertained oxford united at crabble losing by the only goal of the game.
  
  would be nice to see that happening again.

  A good but comfortable win, draw for the next round is Monday lunchtime, hoping for a home draw this time.

  Fuuny old game as greavsy used to say
  Dover were strolling through the game 2-0 when erith hit the post where he should realy have scored
  had it gone in and made it 2-1 would it have been a different game?
  we will never know
  from then onwards it was quite a walk in the park
  
  at times a stroll.
  
  But at least Dover this time never looked like losing and controlled game for most of the 90 mins
  
  keep this up in the cup and who knows,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
