    I find this thread amazing .People posting that were not present at the LDF ,Scrutiny or Extraordinary Council Meeting .People in the Public Gallery without the Documentation on which decisions were made .

    Councillors at Scrutiny meeting absent from the Council meeting and those who were at Scrutiny not speaking .
    Sitting as I do next to the Chairman you can always make a rough assumption as to who will speak
    In fairness I would say Cllr Watkins was directing some of his speech to members of the public .
    Opposition Councillors had been briefed and updated .
