    No we didn't agree with each other,this was the suddenly rushed redevelopment at Whitfield,where about 5000 houses will be built,a rapid bus service schools etc etc,good article in the Express Kathy, on page 17.

    We also believed it to be rushed and asked for a few months to look at it again,we were out voted 21 to 12 with both Roger W and Clive Meredith voting against the Labour claims of it being pushed through at a weeks notice.

    Think they must have been got at,because of the 4 non Labour at the Scruity meeting who all voted for a delay on Monday,2 didnt turn up at the Council meeting while Roger and Clive Meredith seemed to change thier minds from Scruity if the report is right to full Council on Wednesday.
