    On this topic - I had an example just now.

    All my utililities, domestic and business, are with Utility Warehouse.

    I had an email from them a moment ago telling me that they spotted a mistake on my last bill that I missed, probably because it was only a matter of 16p, they apologised and will refund this on next month's bill.... OK it is a small amount but they found a mistake, immediately acted to correct it, apologised and told me about it. I find that impressive.
