We are always quick to point out bad delivery service (and rightly so) but I'd just like to say a big thank you to DPD couriers. I ordered some new clothes online from All Saints yesterday (their sale started early, my excuse
.) This morning I received an e mail with an hour time slot for delivery. Despite the snow on the ground and the small roads around here not gritted, they delivered - and even with a cheerful smile! Oh and best of all the delivery service was free.
