Excellent service
- 20 December 2010 15:3785637We are always quick to point out bad delivery service (and rightly so) but I'd just like to say a big thank you to DPD couriers. I ordered some new clothes online from All Saints yesterday (their sale started early, my excuse
.) This morning I received an e mail with an hour time slot for delivery. Despite the snow on the ground and the small roads around here not gritted, they delivered - and even with a cheerful smile! Oh and best of all the delivery service was free.

All my utililities, domestic and business, are with Utility Warehouse.
I had an email from them a moment ago telling me that they spotted a mistake on my last bill that I missed, probably because it was only a matter of 16p, they apologised and will refund this on next month's bill.... OK it is a small amount but they found a mistake, immediately acted to correct it, apologised and told me about it. I find that impressive. - Jan Higgins

------------------------------------------------------------------- - 21 December 2010 13:0385834British Gas have just sent me two items which I can plug into my computer and top-up my gas and Electric with out going out to a pay point and they work Thank you British Gas. any one can get these free from British Gas who have a prepaid meter, so if the weather turns bad can sit at home knowing we wont run out.

i have been trying to get a card from them for two years so that i can pay what i like when i like so that the bills don't come as a shock. - 21 December 2010 20:2885962You only can get a card if you change over to Prepaid meters they will put them in for you then ask about the top up scheme they do duel fuel now I find they have a good record with the Senior Citizen and the disabled will even sit there on the phone with you while you set it up

Southern Water,now over payed on it.
Bt phone,now over payed on it.
Southern Electric again nnow over payed on it.
Southern Electric (Gas now over payed
Veolia water up todate.
I find this the best way of paying works out about £25 to £30 pound aweek for the lot. and you get a rebate on top of that.
To get my cards all I done was to phone the companys and the card was with me in 14days, it so easy to set uo just one call done it, taking less than two mins.
