  Very depressing tho'.....like the blocks of flats in the Communist Eastern Block, that grew with the use of Concrete.....like Burlington House.....he....he...

  I think that's the idea - the receptiveness and blandness. Still it's an interesting use of the bollards from the Cross rail construction site!
