    the only time i have used it was when a ferry i was on was held hostage in france and the local union gave way after 12 hours to let us off and catch a coach back to britain.

    incidentally the ferry company involved(p & o) could not do enough to keep us informed, even gave us a free meal and drinks.

    i will stick with them.
