Mr Watkins I am not incapacitated as you put it,my leg is not as well as it should be but my campaigning is going well mate, if it was not, you would not even be posting back on it. The Blues are not having it all their own way in Dover and DEAL and I can see them not geting to the winning post and like you last time it will be the last time we see Mr Elphicke standing at a Gen Election in the Dover parliamentary Constituency mate.
