  vic,i know where you are coming from but and its a big but,this island of ours known as great britain or england which ever you prefer to call it will and i stress will remain the same now as well as after.its just an area that our friends in brussels call a region as what we call a county.this then would open up an oppertunaty to claim eu money for such things like redevelopement money for deprived areas like st james area etc.for example the dover train station spruce up is being funded by the eu.i could go on but want to bore you with details.if you want any more info try doing some research on the internet.
