    the problem we have has been articulated on this thread and the outside world, fewer and fewer chances are given to our home grown talent. other than the last couple of games i have enjoyed watching england with the youngsters coming through.

    the squad we sent to south africa in 2010 were all established "stars" and i doubt they had the real hunger to go with their undoubted ability.

    funnily enough i am looking forward to the world cup next summer knowing we have no chance of winning it but hoping that they give of their best and learn from it.
