  The big suppliers keep competition out. By offering cheep subsidized deals to new customers
  
  If they where forced to offer the cheep deal across the board to all there customers it would prevent them from ,setting up these subsidized deals in the first place.
  
  This would open up the energy sector to smaller suppliers, and customers could jump ship,
  
  Hopefully this would force the big 6 to cut there prices ,to compete in a more balanced market .
  
  If this is what Cameron is going to do we should all see bills coming down
  
  Maybe Barry could clarify the government's statements,
