  I don't use agencies as I am self employed, but I come in to contact with many men supplied to other trades by them.
  
  It's not a good position for these workers,
  These agencies take a cut of there money, for instance, on lets say £100 the agency will take £20, then they will employ a second company so they take £18 + a week to do the admin for the tax and national insurance. (Pay to get paid)
  
  So the poor sod doing the work will get £62 after paying of the parasites, before the taxman has a go at him.
  
  But even before they get the job they will have to contact the agency over a premium telephone number.
  
  Now I think employment law is the driving force, for this boom in these agencies
  And I think This needs to be eased up so businesses can employ people when they need them and sack them when they don't .
  
  This should get rid of these agencies so the worker doing the jobs, can get to keep the cash they have grafted for, instead of giving it to some pen pusher sat in an office.
