  People go on about bus routes being gritted; well they cannot even grit and clear the roads through the Industrial Estate to where the bus garage is.
  
  Yes you may see the odd bus run round with just a driver and one member of staff that can be because they are checking a route for safety prior to taking passengers.
  
  One thing that made my blood boil today was the number of teenagers who think its fun to throw snowballs at bus windscreens, it is hard enough for the drivers to keep their wits about them in these conditions, it just makes me think these people have no brain cells.
