10:5572259I`ve just got my first email warning ever. It came from a member on here, with copies of other members name`s who have been warned about this hacker. I`ve forwarded it on to Virgin for investigation.
Tell them that I came, and no one answered.

11:1172271Me neither Bern, which is why I just sent it to Virgin rather than open it. I`ve just emailed PaulB with a few details. It did warn not to open any emails from Simon somebody, but in my haste to get rid of it, I failed to jot the name down. ........Well I opened it, but didn`t pass it on as requested to other`s.
Tell them that I came, and no one answered.

11:3272279If you have good anti virus protection you should be fine but if you don't recognise the sender or it seems dodgy in any way then don't open it, delete it and definitely don't open any attachments included in it.

11:3472280Phew! I think our anti-virus stuff is good. the Old Man sees to it.....
I only opened it because it seemed to be from someone on this forum. It might actually be ok, and from him, but it looked a bit dodgy once it was opened.
Thanks Jeanne.

11:3772282Maybe do a scan of your computer (and e mail) to be on the safe side Bern.
