  This is the email I sent to Property Services and the CSU (Community Safety Unit), yesterday.
  
  "Good Morning".
  
  I am sending you a photograph of Elmsvale Tram-Shelter - as you can see, broken panes again.
  
  I know that a camera was fitted some time ago, but I guess that was temporary ? Surely we can't go on just replacing these panels as and when some brainless moron decides to break them - with total impunity.
  
  Should we not have a permanent camera ? We must have spent more on replacing the panes, than on a quality digital camera - I did send details on a new kind of camera that a shop in Snargate can provide; is it not now time to try something new ?
