    I agree with Roger, this thread is beginning to make me giddy! But, moveing the shelter to the Castle? 1) EH would not want it, it has nothing to do with the Castle site.2) The new officers barracks (the new name for the officers mess) has plans being made for it.
    The shelter must be protected in situ, cctv etc,maybe a neibourhood watch scheme,or friends of the shelter group?
