I see that the above mentioned is coming on well. The hoarding is mostly down and the landscaping is looking nice. I did express an interest in it with Macarthy and Stone, I suppose they will be in contact soon. I was just being nosey, I have no intention of moving as the place will be full of old people!
My wife was wondering what the small building is adjacent to Salisbury Road. The planning application lists it as "residents compost area". I told her it was the mortuary.

Hope you told your wife Terry it is full up ha ha hope to see you both soon and have a chat,for the folk that do not know why it is call Elkington it was because he was my Boss and my dads and he was the owner of the DOVER,ENINEERING WORKS ACROSS THE ROAD,he was one of the old kind of boss and very hard to get on with.also very rich.

Be careful, we showed McCarthy Stone an interest about two years ago and they have badgered us ever since. Phone calls, emails and leaflets! It's only just stopped. Blooming nuisance!

Apparently from what I can see only one flat, sorry "expensive apartment", has been taken. Is this yet another white elephant in Dover? Perhaps there aren't enough loaded septuagenarians around.

I’m one but no money .Still I have a nice semi with a garden .
