to be fair to all politicians you will find that they do work together throughout the 4 years, also said in blakes
(if we are picking up on comments made there) was rogers view that we both worked closely together when i was on the council.
also it has -been said on here the councils powers are becoming more and more limited, my view does remain that if we want to move forward then the cllrs of all parties need to take over the vacuum filled by officers and run the council.
this has always been an issue just look at postings in the past on the planning dept as one example there are many more.
iv also state before that it is easy to blame others, so i do support candidates from any party that put themselves forward getting little thanks, realise they shouldn't expect any, but lets give those that were elected by you all a chance to make a difference, thankfully every 4 years you have the opportunity to vote them out if they dont.
