    As far as I know and I have only been a Town Cllr 48 hrs actually I am not as I havent been sworn in,the agreement about the Toilets was reached DDC said they are shutting and DTC cannot afford to take them all over,especially the ones at the back of Maison Dieu because of the cost of repair/demolishing/rebuilding.

    Plant troughs not sure yet, I predict things will change!
