  your not surely only just coming to realise the alliance is being seen as a 2nd tory party, and seeing candidates go from alliance to tory tells it's own story.
  
  being upfront and honest about it seems to come that much harder.
  
  you will be aware john i pointed out some time ago the recruitment for the alliance being done by people who are saying to everyone they are non political.
  
  it has moved on from there to today, and realy the alliance had a disaster in the local elections in dover, only actually winning 2 seats the other 2 given to them
  im sure that wont happen next time.
  
  
  i'm baffled john that you feel this to be a new thing, and certainly those subjects you post on will have been raised, as well as what went wrong when the tories didnt stand in town and pier to give the alliance a clear run.
  
  lot's gone on john, just watch how the voting goes now on town council
  with alliance and tories will be interesting
  how they distance themselves from each other(or will they???)
