    Is there nowhere else that the balloting can take place other than in schools? the disruption for parents in arranging child care is an expense many cannot afford, my grandsons school are having a day club that day for £32 a child, more than a lot of Mums earn in a day. A marquee in the grounds would be perfectly adequate for the vote surely? it is not as though there will be any more than a trickle throughout the day.
