Thankyou Howard, I always wondered what our mayors actually did
. Do they still have to do their normal councillor work as well.
If we had an elected mayor they would more or less perform the same duties as the council leader of the party in power do now. So a single elected person would decide the budgets rather than the majority party. Has this old lady got the principle right.
