Hi all,
Where can I forage some good elderflower in Dover? I live centrally, so ideas that aren't too rural please!!
All the best, Matt

Just about anywhere on the hills of Dover, Western Heights, St. Radigands, Whinless Downs, Church Yards are great places too. Please leave some for the winter birds!!

I know this sounds daft but make sure the flowers are a nice white rather than the cream coloured you sometimes find, the latter do not make a such good tasting wine.
