Where can I forage some good elderflower in Dover? I live centrally, so ideas that aren't too rural please!!

Just about anywhere on the hills of Dover, Western Heights, St. Radigands, Whinless Downs, Church Yards are great places too. Please leave some for the winter birds!!

I know this sounds daft but make sure the flowers are a nice white rather than the cream coloured you sometimes find, the latter do not make a such good tasting wine.

wife just said elder flowers gone now, but you can find lots if still there around the astor playing fields area
