    Howard was in the Hairdressers over Hinds the jewellers this afternoon, when a Policewoman came in asking to look out on the scaffold apparently the attacker hit the victim with a wooden plank across the face, and then ran they think that there may have been a car waiting as the person got away pretty quick.
