    Disgusting.I read the link Howard.I shall send an email as Mr Carter bleats on about cuts etc but they managed to give all members an increase in their allowances in 2017.At least on DDC former Cllr Watkins made sure all councillors took a pay cut .Led by excample.
    My letter will make not one bit of difference but watching the KCC meetings like watching paint dry.At least the Thanet. Councillors have a go.
