I am with EDF for electricity and wanted to go with them for gas also. I found the tariff which suited me (£20 a month less than I am paying at present). It said click here to switch. I clicked and thought that everything would be taken care of, but no. a box appeared telling me to ring an 0800 number or click on to Myaccount. I clicked Myaccount and there is no facility to switch to gas, ringing the 0800 said there would be a 45 minute delay. I have also sent them an e-mail and they said it would be 24 hours at least before they could reply. 48 hours later still no reply. It seems like they don't want new business. Very frustating when all the adverts say "it takes only five minutes to switch".
