  Don't think so Brian it is the first real holiday of the year(half term is usually too cold in February) and the freight traffic doesn't slow down like it does for the Summer holidays.

  It's not the Express scaremongering - the warning comes from the Port. Given that Easter is early and most schools don't finish until Thursday, it's Friday and Saturday that could be manic. Lemming time as my friend Roy says.

  I ALWAYS tell people visiting me at Marlinspike Hall in Deal to avoid Dover on Bank Holidays.
  
  Actually I tell them this is best to do at any time of year.
  
  To be honest it's not just people visiting me I tell this.
  
  Basically I just tell people to avoid Dover.

  Surely not Peter they keep telling us that they are part of the town and throw money at us to prove it.
  
  DDC have said that normal refuse collections will be done on Good Friday and Easter Monday, that should be fun watching them try to get in and out of side roads.
