    It's really quite painful reading this thread.

    Do we know whether the constituent's own councillor was contacted in the first place and, if so, what happened?

    The EKH issue seems to be a much larger question. Is it a case of another failing privatised contract? A Carillion on a much smaller scale? I'd like to hear the opinions of those more involved with these matters. Are services being managed for ideology's sake rather than efficacy?
