EKH complaints team is a new service that started in October 2017 following a restructure of the organisation.
You will have no name to emails when EKH respond to you and you will not have the name of the officer who will be investigating and responding to your complaints also. You will only have an an email signed - Complaints Officer East Kent Housing

Since 2017 East Kent Housing are now responsible for carrying out and discharging SAR & FOI. Subject Access Request is information held about you. This may be held by EKH under your Tenancy file or other locations connected to EKH.
