We are experiencing an unprecedented number of water supply issues across our network as a result of the rapid thaw following last weeks cold weather.
We want to reassure you that our teams have been working round the clock to find and fix bursts on the network and return the supply to normal. We have more than doubled the number of our staff working on the network and we are putting as much water into supply as we can to minimise impact to customers.
We are calling on all customers if you spot a leak report it, and if you see a leak please isolate it as soon as possible. Finally, please use water as carefully as you can over the next 24-48 hours.
