  (Apparently Phil had gone to the loo in the HofC leaving Charlie alone in the office and came back to find him talking to the East Kent Mercury on the 'phone! Charlie's now been firmly told not to come out with any more of his 'brilliant ideas' until he's at least run them past his office staff and Jamie now unplugs and takes the 'phone with him whenever he leaves the office in Walmer on Fridays)
