  When I first moved down this side and stayed in Folkestone I used to look from the balcony at Dungeness and think on the film 'The China Syndrome' and all that went on in that drama.
  
  Am I wrong in thinking that, a little like Chenobyl, the site will be radioactive for a millenium? basically, can there be anything further done to the area that has not already been done?
  
  Wave machines and windies have so little impact, surely we are debating long after the horse has bolted here.
