i think he got off lightly bearing in mind the maximum penalty was 5 years.

8 November 2011 17:06135549What a shame he did not get 5 years for each site that he dumped on, he will be out in about 6 months which is not much of a deterrent.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

having said that desecrating large swathes of our countryside deserves more than 15 months to let others know the seriousness of their actions.
