  That is just shocking. I would hope that people are jail jailed over this. Threatening someone's career because they dare to complain about child abuse? I'd really hoped that schools had moved on since the seventies. We had a teacher who was nicknamed Basher because he used to hit kids, and he was far from the only one. But hey, I guess we "deserved/asked for it" and that they were not actually narcissistic, child abusing, position of authority abusing, covert psychopaths.
