    reading the dover express today was quite depressing,what with the cost of the windfarm inquiry etc,i looked forward to reading dubris to cheer me no such luck evan more depressed after reading that and the letters page,so carried on only to find more doom and gloom so in the end i gave up had a nice cuppa and some lunch,feel a little better know.
