I notice I get a mention this week, I'm always happy to have chat with the reporters that ring me up, but I'd prefer it if they printed what I said rather than just stir things up.

not seen the paper yet but surprised that anything said to a reporter should end up in dubris, normally that column is just about gossip.
if david was asked his opinion on a subject it should have been in the main body of the paper.

Yes I always thought Dubris was tongue in cheek, don't really appreciate it tbh. For those who have read it, Barbara did once give me that steely glare but over something completely different.
Barbara is big enough not to be offended but its very naughty.
