  Yes Paul, but many more submissions from other than the usual suspects will help. Town and parishes will have much more knowledge of local difficulties.

  How about a bit of fantasy? A tunnel all the way from west of Whitfield down to the Docks - the gradient wouldn't be too steep. Probably play havoc with the water table, though.
