  Perhaps I need to explain my comment. I thought the whole of the building would be made into units already set up (like the malt house) that people could rent. I only used this as an example as cannot think of anywhere else around here that has small wooden units.
  It just seems it's trying to be everything to everyone which in my humble opinion means it has no real identity or target market.
