So let's be blunt Paul, the ' Bus Rapid Transport System' is in fact what we used to call a 'road' with the most expensive bit being a bridge across the A2, which will be used only by cyclists, pedestrians and presumably the occasional rapidly transiting bus, connecting the fast train to London with the thousands of unwanted breeding boxes for displaced Londoners, which DDC have given planning permission for on prime agricultural land, hoping that the 'Catnip for Councils' i.e. New Homes Bonus, will help us balance the books for a few more years, and we've sort of got to go ahead with it because there's still that huge pile of glossy reports from the snake-oil salesmen Atkins, dating from almost a decade ago, in the corner of Tim's office, and we can't take them up the council dump any more because we've been taking so much stuff up there they classify it as commercial waste?
