Frankie & Benny's was to open in the Unit next to the Cineworld but has now pulled out (as per above posts). This site map (undated) but includes Iceland in Block A and Anytime Fitness in Block C (1st Floor) shows that Unit 1B alongside Cineworld is "Under Offer". Who?
The east bound carriageway of the A20 Townwall Street adjacent to the St James' site and Enterprise Cars now has no less than FOUR newly painted 'Keep Clear' road markings within the space of 150m before the Woolcomber Street Traffic Lights. The thinking behind which would apparently be to allow vehicles to enter and exit the Block A service area, and the same requirement for entrance to and exit from Enterprise Cars. Will all the thundering hgv's that travel to the port 24 hours a day 364 days a year take any note?
