    Indeed he did David & I gave him no dates as I have to you with regularity.

    The planning phase being completed the developers continue to deal with site acquisition.Ideally that should be completed through private treaty but in the cases of non agreement compulsory purchase processes can be instigated. Hope it does not come to that.

    The developers continue to approach retail interests to attract to the site.

    I can't comment further in view of continuing negotiations.
