    Shouldn't we be more upbeat about this instead of still so negative ?

    I know there is much cynicism about the DTIZ, but the Regeneration and Planning departments at DDC are doing all they can to get this through.

    It must be very difficult to set a definitive time-table as it can and will depend on the co-operation of the major players - Burlington House and County Hotel. The owners of the County were in the paper a few months ago, quoted as saying they won't sell. They may now.
