    The way I see it is if DDC can't be positive and try to make things happen, then why would anyone else ?

    I am sure as soon as someone starts work there it will snowball. Wetherspoon will start with the cinema once work starts else they would be shot of the building long ago?

    Hopefully the work will start on the hotel soon as that will kick-start things. The stumbling block is why are the people in the current hotel so keen to stay in such awful surroundings?
