Of course there are challenges Keith, they are there to be overcome which is what we've done with the market and will continue to with other initiatives.
The DTIZ is crucial to the regeneration of the town, the Chairman of DDC has taken to lighthearted quips about it on a public forum, that tells me all I need to know. They should stick to emptying bins and opening Village fetes if thats their attitude.
