It appears they were legless in the departure hall so hopefully the airline will be fined too, terrifying for other passengers miles up in the air.

Quite some time back a study showed that alcohol had twice the effect on people on planes than on the ground. Time maybe for the sale of it to be stopped and nervous flyers offered a mild sedative tablet instead?
