    It is a very questionable rationale that concludes that is perfectly all right to do exactly what as you wish, just as long as you have the money.

    It also extremely antisocial, in it's broadest sense, to separate sociability from alcohol and would lead to an increase in 'drunken' gatherings in entirely inappropriate places.

    Far better to have the alcohol manufacture & supply industry fork out to clean up it's own mess.
